25.10.25 Geographers Investigate East London This week the intrepid Y12s took the Elizabeth Line across London to investigate changing places and the impact of regeneration on people and the environment by surveying and mood mapping. Pupils also had a photo challenge so lots of snapping First stop Canary Wharf and a look at the Crossrail Roof Garden and the importance of urban greening then a visit to the iconic Canada Place and Docklands Museum. A fabulous example of the juxtaposition of the old and new A ride on the DLR across to Stratford Westfield for Lunch and the Olympic Park. Although no West Ham fans, the fountains were a big hit! A good look at the impact of regeneration and further plans for development in and around Hackney Wick. Back on the Elizabeth like homeward bound Well done Geographers - you were FAB-U-LOUS Latest Articles: Staff Talk Courses Staff Talk Courses Check out all the courses we have on offer Find Out More TPAT Sixth Form - Apply Now!
