Teaching and Learning Expectations

Sixth Form Teaching & Learning and Academic Rewards & Academic Concerns Overview

Post-16 study at The Park Academies Trust is very much about independent learning but that does not mean you won’t have access to support when you need it.

You will have access to a subject specialist teaching staff, experienced tutor, post-18 mentor, sixth form student advisor, Head of Year and Head of Sixth Form.

All of the sixth form team will support, advise and guide each student through the demands of the post-16 curriculum. This support structure will be available to you whenever you need it and we will offer guidance in a wide range of sixth form-related issues.

The quality of provision is continually evaluated by both the staff and students, giving honest feedback on all aspects of the curriculum and the additional activities and events that we offer you.
